煲爽而不糊的潮州粥
要煲不糊的潮州粥方法很简单,只要用较煲饭多二倍的水,例如一杯米煮饭,要用一杯半水,那么煲潮州粥要用四杯水了,当煲滚后再煲五分钟,熄火焗十分钟,水份差不多被米吸干了,此时加入适量之滚水搅均,便成爽而不糊口的潮州粥了。
