材料:
180g 奶油
150g 细砂糖
200g 淡奶
2 粒 蛋
100g 低筋面粉
50g 可可粉
1 小匙 泡打粉
1 小匙 苏打粉
做法:
- 奶油 + 细砂糖 + 淡奶 + 隔水煮至溶化待凉
- 加入蛋搅拌均匀
- 所有粉筛过加入混合料(2)拌均
- 模型涂抹一层奶油,把面糊倒入模型用中火蒸45分钟
- 取出倒扣待凉

Step :
- Melt the butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a double boiler, cook until melt and let it cool.
- Add eggs, mix thoroughly.
- Sift the flour into the mixture (2)
- Grease some butter of the container, then pour the mixture into the container. Steam about 45 minutes with medium fire.
- Turn the container up-side-down and let it cool.
