材料:
200 克 糯米
250 毫升椰奶
1 片香兰叶
4 汤匙糖
少许盐
1 粒 芒果 ( 切粒)
1 茶匙玉米粉
1 片 香蕉叶。
Ingredient:
200 g glutinous rice
250 ml coconut milk
1 piece "pandan" leaf
4 tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt
2 mango (cut into cubes)
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 banana leaf.
芒果糯米饭的做法。
Step for mango glutinous rice.
Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours and drain。
取出一半椰奶备用 (准备拌入蒸熟的糯米里)。
Cook coconut milk, "pandan" leaf, sugar and salt.
Take out half the coconut milk.
(later to be mixed with steamed glutinous rice).
3) 把剩下的椰奶加入玉米粉搅拌至浓稠 (表面用)。
Cook and stir the remaining coconut milk until thick (for topping).
4) 把糯米倒入铺上香蕉叶的盘蒸20分钟。
倒入做法 2 的 (椰奶) 拌均,盖上静置20-30分钟。
Place banana leaf on the pan,
then pour glutinous rice on top the banana leaf,
steam for 20 minutes.
Mix well with step 2(coconut milk), cover and rest for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with coconut milk and mango.
