mango cheese mousse cake 芒果芝士慕丝蛋糕

cheese mousse cake

材料:

250g    奶油乳酪
100g    糖
1        大匙 (10g) 鱼胶粉 
1        大匙柠檬汁
250ml  鲜奶油
芒果 2 粒 切成小粒

做法:















1.) 吉利丁放少许水泡软,隔水溶化备用。














2.) 乳酪和糖用小火隔水打至幼滑熄火取出,加入柠檬汁和溶化的吉利丁拌均。


3.)  鲜奶油打至有纹路(打至6分发)。


4.) 将打发好的鲜奶油分次加入乳酪糊拌均。


5.) 加入芒果粒轻轻拌均,倒入模具放入冰箱冷藏 4 个小时以上至凝固。


6.) 这是刚脱模的芒果芝士慕丝蛋糕,可以随喜装饰。











* Mango Cheese Mousse Cake *




Ingredients :


250g    Cream Cheese
100g    Sugar
1         Tablespoon (10g) Gelatin  
1         Tablespoon Lemon Juice
250ml  Whipping Cream 
2          Mango Cut Into Pieces


Step :













1.) Soften gelatin with some water, then double boil it until melted set aside.










2.) Double boil cream cheese and sugar with low heat,
     Stir mixture until smooth. 
3.) Off fire, add gelatin and lemon juices and set aside.
     


5.) Whip"Whipping cream" until smooth. 



6.) Gradually add whipping cream into the cream cheese and mix well.


7.) Lightly mix well with mango then pour into the mould.
8.) Place in the refrigerate for 4 hours until harden.
