Garlic Bread 香蒜面包

这美味的香蒜面包,是我们家最受欢迎的面包之一。。。

之前也做过中间切一道开口的面包,但开口裂得不多,

这次裂得比较开,觉得还不错的。

蒜有促进食欲,驱除胃肠寄生虫,

降胆固醇,降血压血糖,

抗癌解毒,预防伤风感冒,动脉硬化。

质料来源:欧阳英自然食疗



材料:
250克高粉,5克酵母,30克糖,1/2茶匙盐,1粒蛋,125毫升鲜奶,25克软化奶油。

香蒜馅料:
1粒蒜瓣泥,30克奶油,盐少许,糖粉和青葱。


Bread ingredients: 
250g bread flour, 
5g yeast, 
30g sugar, 
1/2 teaspoon salt,
 1 egg, 
125ml fresh milk, 
25g softened butter.

Garlic filling:
1 garlic bulb ( mashed ), 
30g butter, some salt, icing sugar and chopped spring onion 
( mix well all ingredients )

                           1.) 把所有面包材料混合,拌成粗团。
                                 Mix well all bread ingredients.

2.) 把拌好的面团揉5-8分钟,
用擀面棒敲压两面的面团后,再揉成圆团。
这步骤重复做大约5-6次,
很快就可以拉出薄膜,
这时的面团是光滑有弹性的。
When mix well all bread ingerdients,
Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes,
then knock and press the dough on both sides with hardwood rolling pin ,
then knead the dough to round sharp.
Repeat this step for 5-6 times. 
Until the dough can pulled into thin film.

3.) 揉好的面团。
Done.....

4.)盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时。
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise. ( for about 1 hour ) 

 
 
5.) 分成50克小团,做好造形,放入搽油的烘盘,
用刀在面团中间切开,待发50分钟。
Divide into 50g dough and shape it.
Put it into the greased tray.
Cut a line on the centre with sharp knife. 
Leave to rise for 50 minutes.

 
6.) 在面团上放少许香蒜馅料。
放入预热烘炉以180度 C 烘15分钟。
Place some garlic on the centre of the dough.
Put it into preheated oven.
 Bake at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
