Orange Cake 鲜橙蛋糕

好一个香浓的鲜橙蛋糕。。。。

你我都会受不了它的诱惑。

材料:
1汤匙盐,3 粒鲜橙,300毫升鲜橙汁,160克糖,100毫升水
225克奶油,160克糖,6粒蛋,
200克低粉,85克杏仁粉,1小匙泡打粉。

Ingradients:
1 tablespoon salt, 3 oranges, 300ml fresh orange juice, 160g sugar, 100ml water.
225g butter, 160g sugar, 6 eggs
200g superfine flour, 85g almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder.

鲜橙蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making orange cake............

1.) 橙用盐搓一会,浸水洗干净。
 Rub oranges with salt for a while, then soak in the water.

2.) 把橙切成 5mm 厚。
Cut the oranges into 5mm slices.

3.) 300毫升橙汁加入160克糖煮溶,放入橙用小火煮1个小时。
煮好取出鲜橙片,加入100毫升水煮沸关火取出。
Boil 300ml orange juice with 160g sugar, 
Put in orange slice and cook for 1 hour with low heat.
Take out the orange slice, 
Add in 100ml of water and boil.

4.) 备用。。。Set aside.....

 5.) 把奶油和糖打至松发。
   分三次加入蛋拌均。
Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.
Divide beaten egg into 3 parts. 
Add in one part at a time and mix well.

6.) 分3次筛入粉轻轻拌均
Divide all flour into 3 parts, 
Add in one part at a time and mix well.

7.) 倒入一半面糊于搽油的模,放上鲜橙,再倒入另一半面糊,再放上鲜橙。
放入预热烘炉以150度C烘90分钟。
Pour half of the batter into the greased mould.
Then place orange slice on it.
Next, pour another half batter into the mould.
Then place orange slice on it again.
Put into Preheat oven and bake at 150 degree C for about 90 minutes.

8.) 取出蛋糕,慢慢倒入鲜橙汁入蛋糕里,让蛋糕充分吸收完鲜橙汁,
待完全冷却,把整个蛋糕模盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏一晚。
Remove the cake from oven, 
 Slowly pour orange juice into the cake,
Let the cake fully absorb the orange juice,
Leave the cake to cool, 
Then, cover the mould with plastic wrap.
Next, keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
