Pumpkin bun 南瓜馒头

南瓜馒头
肥肥圆圆的南瓜花馒头,
味道清甜。。。
颜色也漂亮。。。


材料:
3克  酵母,40毫升水
150克 南瓜
250克 普通面粉
45克 糖
1/8 克盐

Ingredients:
3g yeast, 40 ml water
150 g pumpkin
250 g plain flour
45 g sugar
1/8 g salt

南瓜馒头的做法。。。。。。。
Step for making pumpkin bun............
1.) 酵母和水拌均。
Mix well yeast and water.
1.) 南瓜去皮,切小块蒸熟。
Peel off pumpkin skin, cut into small pieces and steam until soft.
2.) 趁热把南瓜压成泥,加入其余材料拌均。
Mash the pumpkin while hot, 
add in all ingredients and mix well.
3.) 揉至光滑的面团 , 松弛20分钟。
分成每个15克的小团。
Knead mixture until smooth and let it stand for 20 minutes.
Divide into 15 g small dough.
4.) 做造型。
      Shape it.
4.) 放入铺纸或搽油的盘,待发50分钟。
Put it into a tray with paper lining or greased tray,  and let it rise for 50 minutes.
5.) 开大火蒸约20分钟,闷 5 分钟才打开盖。
Steam with high heat for about 20 minutes, 
let it stand for 5 minutes before opening the cover.
