Sponge cake 马拉糕

Sponge cake

2 个蛋,
80克 黄糖

80克 低粉,1/2 茶匙苏打粉,
1 汤匙炼奶,80 毫升鲜奶,2 汤匙玉米油,1/2 茶匙香草精。

Ingredients A:
2 eggs,  
80 g brown sugar
Ingredients B:
80 g superfine flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon condensed milk
80 ml fresh milk, 
2 tablespoon corn oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.

1.) 先把l材料A打至浓稠(面糊掉下不会立刻消散)。
Mix well Ingredients A until thick
( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).
2.) 加入材料B 搅拌均匀。
Add in Ingredients B and mix well.
3.) 倒入搽油的模以大火蒸15分钟。
Pour into  greased mould and steam with high heat for 15 minutes.
