Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies 核桃巧克力豆饼干

Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

150 克 核桃
480 克 普通面粉(过筛),1/4 茶匙 盐,3/4 茶匙 苏打粉,1/2 茶匙 泡打粉
227 克 无盐牛油
160 克 白糖,200 克 黄糖
1  1/2 茶匙香草精, 2 颗蛋
300 克 半甜巧克力豆。

150 g walnut
480 g plain flour (sift)
 1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
227 g unsalted butter
160 g white sugar
200 g brown sugar
1  1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
300 g semisweet chocolate chip.

Step for making walnut chocolate chip cookies................
1) 核桃以180度 C 烘6分钟,待冷切粒。
Bake walnut at 180 degree C for 6 minutes.
Let it cool, then chop.

2) 把面粉,盐,苏打粉和泡打粉混合拌均。
Mix well flour, salt, baking soda and baking power.

3) 先把牛油打1分钟至滑。
Whisk butter for 1 minute until smooth.

4) 加入糖打2分钟。
Add in sugar, whisk for 2 minutes.

5) 加入香草精拌均,再逐一加入蛋搅拌均匀。
Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
Then add in egg one at a time and mix well.

6) 分 4 次加入面粉拌均。
Divide flour into 4 parts. Add in flour part by part and mix well.

7) 加入核桃和巧克力豆拌均,盖上锡纸放冰箱2个小时或至3天。
Add in walnut and chocolate chip and mix well.
Cover with foil, then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours or up to 3 days.

8) 舀1小匙面团在烘盘上,以180度C烘15分钟,
Scoop the dough with a teaspoon, place it onto baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
