Coconut Bun 椰丝面包

Coconut Bun
孩子放假回来,
开始做些糕点和面包,
让他随时可以当点心。

面包材料:
250 克 高粉
5 克 酵母
30 克 糖
1/2 茶匙 盐
1 粒 蛋
125 毫升 鲜奶
25 克 软化牛油。

Bread ingredients: 
250 g bread flour, 
5 g yeast, 
30 g sugar, 
1/2 teaspoon salt,
 1 egg, 
125 ml fresh milk, 
25 g softened butter.

1.) 把所有面包材料混合,拌成粗团。
Mix well all bread ingredients.

2) 成光滑有弹性的面团,盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时。
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.

3) 发好的面团,分成50克小团,盖上布松弛15分钟,再包入馅料。
After an hour, divide into 50 g dough.  
Cover and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Then wrap in filling.

4) 放入搽油的烘盘待发一个小时。
Put it into the greased tray.
Let it raise to double size(take about 1 hours).

5)  以180度C烘15分钟,取出搽上一层奶油。
Bake at 180 degree C for about 15 minutes.
Remove and brush some melted butter on top of the bread.

  1. Hi Amiliaya..I am using your recipe to make my red bean bun and sausage bun.. the bun still stay soft till the next day.. thank you for sharing the recipe.
