Shortbread Cookies 牛油酥饼


300 克 有盐牛油
150 克 糖
400 克 普通面粉
50 克 玉米粉

300 g salted butter
150 sugar
400 g plain flour
50 g corn flour.

Step for making shortbread cookies.
 1) 牛油和糖粉打至松发。
Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy.
Sift in plain flour and corn flour.

2) 拌成软团后,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏30分钟后取出,  
Stir to form a soft dough,
Cover with plastic wrap and keep in  the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into thin slices, and shape out the pattern.

3) 以160度C烘15-20 分钟。
Bake at 160 degree C for about 15-20 minutes.
