Steam purple sweet potato roll 蒸紫薯卷


80 克 紫薯泥
120 克 水
200 克 面粉
2 克 酵母
1 汤匙 糖
1 茶匙 玉米油

80 g mashed purple sweet potato
120 g water
200 g plain flour
2 g yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon corn oil.

Step for making steam purple sweet potato roll.
1) 混合所有的材料,  揉至光滑的面团,待发30分钟.
Mix well all ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough.
Let it rise for 30 minutes.

2) 把面团擀平,搽上一层花生酱,切成小块。
Roll out and flatten the dough.
Brush some peanut butter on top the dough.
Roll the dough and cut into small pieces.

3) 把包好的面团放在纸上待发50分钟。
放入水滚后的蒸锅,以中火蒸15分钟,闷 5 分钟才打开盖。
Put it on the paper and let it rise 50 minutes.
Steam with medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off fire.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before opening the cover.
