那就做些姜饼,
当作送给小朋友的圣诞礼物吧!
材料:
160 克 牛油
140 克 糖
1 个 蛋
300 克 普通面粉
2 茶匙 姜粉
1 茶匙 肉桂粉
1/2 茶匙 发粉
Ingredients:
160 g butter
140 g sugar
1 egg
300 g plain flour
2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1) 把牛油与糖打至松发。
加入蛋拌均。
Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add in egg.
盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏 1-2 小时。
Sift in flour, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and baking powder.
Stir to form a dough.
Cover and keep in the fridge for 1 -2 hours.
Roll dough into thin slices, and shape out the pattern.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
