banana cup cake


材料 A:
180g  植物油
150g  黄糖
2        粒蛋

材料 B:
200g  面粉
1        茶匙发粉
1/2     茶匙苏打粉

材料材 C:
300g  香蕉泥
2        汤匙鲜奶水
2        汤匙柠檬汁
1/2     茶匙香蕉精

1)  把植物油和黄糖打至幼滑,加入蛋打至松白
2)  依次加入材料 B 和 C 搅拌至幼滑
3)  把面糊倒入纸杯,以170度烘25分钟






Ingredients A:
180g   margarine
150g   brown sugar
2         eggs

Ingredients  B: sift all together
200g  plain flour
1        teaspoon baking powder
1/2     teaspoon sodium bicarbonate

Ingredients C:
300g  mashed banana
2        tablespoon fresh milk
2        tablespoon lemon juice
1/2     teaspoon banana essence

1)  with an electric mixer,cream the butter and sugar until light, add eggs and beat until fluffy
2)  stir in B and C mixture alternately, a little at a time, until well mixed 
3)  spoon the batter into the cups, bake at 170 degrees C for 25 minutes
