塔皮材料:
200g  牛油
90g    糖粉
蛋      1 粒
1 茶匙香精
380g  面粉

1)  面粉筛过放碗里备用
2)  牛油+ 糖粉+蛋+ 香精打至幼滑
3)  加入筛过的面粉揉成面团
4)  将面团压入模型内用180度烘15分钟

馅料:
150g  奶油乳酪
20g    牛油
60g    糖粉
蛋      1 粒

* 把全部材料打至松软均匀
* 倒入烘好的饼皮里用180度烘10分钟






For the crust :
200g    butter
90g      icing sugar
1         egg
1         teaspoon vanilla essence
380g   plain flour

1) sift the flour into a bowl and set aside
2) mix butter, icing sugar and egg
3) mix the flour with mixture in (2) until the dough is smooth
4) press the dough into mould, then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

For the filling:-
150g   cream cheese
20g     butter
60g     icing sugar
1        egg

* mix all ingredients for the filling until fluffy
* put the filling into the tart crust and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
