铜锣烧,除了当作早点外,也可当作小点心,配上水果,蜂蜜或喜爱的馅料随时享用。
这个铜锣烧可是向儿子学做滴,孩子自己上网找食谱做出来,还做得蛮漂亮,味道带有香香的奶油味,很喜欢,才开始从他那学来。。。
材料:20g 牛油, 1 粒蛋,15g 糖,少许香草精,200ml 鲜奶, 120g 普通面粉,
1 茶匙 (5g) 泡打粉(发 粉)
Ingredients :
20g Butter
1 Egg
15g Sugar
Some vanilla essence
200ml Fresh milk
120g Plain flour
1 Tea spoon (5g) baking powder.
做法:
Step :
1.) 牛油隔水煮溶。
Double boil to dissolve butter.
2.) 蛋打均。
Whisk egg evenly.
3.) 加入溶解牛油,鲜奶, 香草精和糖拌均。
Mix well with butter, fresh milk, vanilla essence and sugar.
4.) 加入筛过的面粉和泡打粉拌均。
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix evenly.
5.) 舀入一汤匙面糊于平底锅,用中火煎到面糊表面产生小气泡,然后翻面再煎另一面。
Scoop in a table spoon of batter on to the pan, use medium heat cook until bubbling,
then flip to other side and cook .
6.) 把两面煎至金黄色即可。
Cook both sides until golden brown.
