终于做成了满意的小批萨,之前做过几次都不满意,不是烘得太焦就是批萨的形状做得不平均,好喜欢这小批萨。。。
材料: 免揉面团一份,青椒,红椒,菠萝,培根,芝打芝士。(全部适量)

Filling ingredients: some green pepper, red pepper, pineapple, bacon and cheddar cheese.

Step:
1.) 免揉面团一份。

2.) 分成每份50克小面团,待发一个小时。
Shape into small round dough of about 50g, and leave to raise for 1 hour.
3.) 待发后把面团放入搽了一层奶油的烘盘里,压成形再用叉插些小洞,以免烘烤时饼底膨胀。
- Brush some melted butter on the tray.
- Put the dough into the tray and shape them.
- Prick all over the dough with a fork.
4.) 搽一层奶油在面皮上,先放入芝打芝士,培根和菠萝以200度C烘8分钟。
- Brush some melted butter on dough.
- Sprinkle some cheddar cheese, bacon and pineapple on top.
- Bake at 200 degree C for 8 minutes.
5.) 10分钟后从烘炉拿出批萨加入青椒,红椒,再加少许培根和芝打芝士烘5分钟即可。
- Then take out from the oven,
- Add in more green pepper, red pepper, bacon and cheddar cheese,
- Continue baking at 200 degree C for another 5 minutes.
6.) 烘好的小批萨。
