Sausage & Cheese Scones 香肠芝士烤饼

这烤饼又称松饼或司康,是英式下午茶点心。。。

这饼可做成咸的,甜的。。。。

也可加入喜爱的馅料在面团中,把它切成三角形或圆形烤成松饼。。。




把它称为松饼更为贴切。。。

外脆内松的饼,可作为早午餐的点心,搭配咖啡或鲜奶一起享用。




今天就做了咸的烤松饼。。。香肠芝式松饼


材料:
200克普通面粉,10克糖,1克盐,5克泡打粉,40克奶油,

100克切碎香肠,100克芝打芝士,1粒蛋,50毫升鲜奶,

少许鲜奶 (搽表面用),少许切碎西洋香菜。

Ingredients: 
200g plain flour, 10g sugar, 1g salt, 5g baking powder, 40g butter,
100g sausage(chopped), 100g cheddar cheese, 1egg, 50ml fresh milk.
some fresh milk ( for glazing), some chopped parsley.


香肠芝士烤松饼的做法:
Step for making sausage & cheese scones....


1.) 面粉,糖,盐和泡打粉混合。
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.

2.) 加入奶油拌均。
Add in butter and mix well.

3.) 加入切碎香肠,芝打芝士,蛋和鲜奶。
Add in sausage, cheddar cheese, egg and fresh milk.

4.) 揉均即可,不可过度揉搓面团,这样才能做出外脆内松软的效果。
Knead into a soft dough.

5.) 盖上包鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.

6.) 洒些面粉在面团上,把面团擀成圆形2cm厚,切成成三角形。
Sprinkle some flour on the dough.
Roll the dough about 2cm thick round sharp , and cut it into triangles.

7.) 也可用圆模切成圆形。
Can also stamp out with a circular mould.

 
8.) 放入铺上烘培纸的烤盘,
表面搽上鲜奶,洒入少许西洋香菜,
放入预热烤箱以200度C烤15分钟。
Place on the baking tray,
brush the top with milk,
sprinkle some parsley on top,
and put it into preheated oven bake at 200 degree C for 15 minutes.
