Crescents 牛角面包

第一次做牛角造形的面包,觉得还可以再进步。。。要再加油

这面包味道带咸,还有奶油香味,

喜欢这种口味的面包。。


下回要挑战法国牛角面包,也叫做“可颂” Croissant。。。

做成功再把它传上来分享。。。

牛角造形面包的材料:
5克酵母, 125毫升水,
250克高筋面粉,
30克糖,5克盐,50克奶油。

Ingredients: 
5g yeast, 125ml water,
250g bread flour,
30g sugar, 5g salt,  50g butter .


做法。。。
Step.............

                           
1.) 酵母加入水搅拌均,静待15分钟。
Add yeast in the water and mix well. Let it stand for 15 minutes.

                            
2.) 高粉,糖, 盐加入酵母水混合,再加入奶油。  
Pour water into the mixture (flour, sugar, salt) and mix well.  Then, add in butter. 

                            
3.) 拌成粗团,再揉成光滑有弹性的面团,盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时。
Mix it until become rough dough.
  Knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour. 

                            
4.) 发好的面团,分成50克小团,盖上布松弛15分钟。
After an hour, divide into 50g dough.  
Cover and let it stand for 15 minutes.

                          
                          
5.) 做造形,。。。
Shape the dough....

                          
6.) 做好造形,放入搽油的烘盘待发1个小时。。。
也可以盖上保鲜膜放冰箱,隔天取出待发至双倍大,
以180度C烘20分钟。
Put it into the greased tray, and leave it to rise for 1 hour........
or cover with plastic wrap and  keep it overnight in the fridge .....
The next morning, take out from the fridge. 
The dough should rise to double in size....
Bake at 180 degree C for about 20 minutes.

                            
7.) 取出搽上一层奶油。。。待凉即可享用。
Remove and brush some melted butter on top of the bread......
Let it cool......then serve.
