这次做的红龟糕形状比上次较进步了,
还做了桔子形状的红龟糕。。。好喜欢。
这次只放制作绿豆馅料的做法,

绿豆馅料的材料:
300克 去皮绿豆
200克 糖
1茶匙盐
250毫升香兰汁 (3片香兰叶加250毫升水打成汁)
4粒小葱头,5汤匙油。
Green bean filling ingredients:
300g green bean (without skin)
200g sugarF
1 teaspoon salt
250ml pandan juice ( 3 pandan leaves blend with 250ml water).
4 small onion, 5 tablespoon cooking oil.
馅料的做法。。。
Step for making filling.........
1.) 绿豆浸水4个小时,
放入蒸锅蒸30分钟,
放入食物搅拌器打成泥。
Soak green bean for 4 hours,
then steam it for 30 minutes,
blend well with blender.
2.) 4粒葱头切片,
烧热油爆香葱片,然后把葱片取出,
加入绿豆泥,糖,盐和香兰汁炒至干即可。
Slice onion as shown above,
Heat up oil, cook onion until golden brown, then remove the onion,
Add in green bean puree, sugar, salt and pandan juice, then cook until dry.
3.) 洒些面粉在模内,把面团放入模型压出花纹再敲出。
皮料:40克
馅料:20克
桔子形状的皮料:30克
馅料:15克
Sprinkle some flour in the mould,
press the dough into the mould, then knock out.
Pastry: 40g
Filling: 20g
Filling: 20g
For mandarin-orange-shaped pastry: 30g
filling: 15g
4.) 8.) 放在搽油的香蕉叶上。
Place on greased banana leave.
取出搽上一层油即可。
Steam with low heat for 8 minutes until cooked,
then remove and brush with a layer of oil.
