Deep fried pumpkin cake

在这里,做了喜欢吃的炸南瓜糕。。。
味道甜美可口的南瓜糕,你们也来一片吧。

材料:
350 克 南瓜丝
3 汤匙 面粉
3 汤匙 粘米粉
2 汤匙 姜碎
少许盐。

Ingredients:
350 g shredded pumpkin
3 tablespoon plain flour
3 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoon chopped ginger
pinch of salt.


炸南瓜糕的做法。。。。

Deep fried pumpkin cake 1
1) 把南瓜刨丝,加入所有材料拌均。
Shred the pumpkin.
Add in all ingredients and mix well.

2) 做成小圆团,再压平。
Shape it into round dough, then flatten it.

3) 烧热油,以中高火炸成两面金黄色即可。
Heat up oil, deep fry with medium high heat until golden brown on both sides.
