Pumpkin Mousse Cake 南瓜慕斯蛋糕

南瓜慕斯蛋糕
南瓜不只可以做成各种各样的料理,
也可以做成各种甜品,
这回把南瓜做了慕斯。。。
口感顺滑,带有清香南瓜味的慕斯。。
你也来一片吧。。


材料:
3 茶匙 吉利丁粉,4 汤匙 水
350 克 蒸熟南瓜
50 克 鲜奶
200 克 淡奶油
1 茶匙 香草精
适量糖


Ingredients:
3 teaspoon gelatine powder, 
4 tablespoon water
350 g steamed pumpkin 
50 g fresh milk
200 g whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence extract
some sugar.

南瓜慕斯的做法。。。
Step for making pumpkin mousse cake.......
1) 吉利丁加水隔水溶化。
Double boil gelatin with water until dissolve.

2)  把南瓜和鲜奶放入食物搅拌器搅拌成糊。
Mix well pumpkin and fresh milk with a food mixer.

3) 把鲜奶油打至浓稠.
Whip whipping cream until thick.

4) 把南瓜糊和香草精倒入打发的淡奶油拌均,
再加入适量糖调至喜爱的甜度,
倒入模放冰箱冷藏隔夜。
Pour pumpkin paste and vanilla extract into whipping cream and mix well.
Add in sugar to your preferred sweetness.
Pour into mould and keep in the fridge over night.
