材料：
120 克 无盐牛油
20 克 糖粉

1/8 茶匙 盐
200 克 面粉

1/2 香草精

适量裹饼的糖粉

Ingredients:
120 g unsalted butter
20 g icing sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 plain flour

Icing sugar for coating

1) 把牛油，糖，盐和香草精打至滑。

Whisk butter , sugar, salt and vanilla essence until smooth.

2) 筛入面粉拌均。

Sift in plain flour and mix well.

3) 揉成小团，以150度 C 烘25分钟。

趁热滚入糖粉。

Roll the dough into ball.

 Bake at 150 degree C for 20 - 25 minutes.

Roll in icing sugar while still warm,
