Traditional peanut cookies 传统花生饼
材料:

380 克 花生

160 克 糖粉

300 克 普通面粉(筛过)

200 克 花生油

1 粒蛋 (搽饼表面用)

Ingredients:
380 g peanut
160 g icing sugar 
300 g plain flour ( sifted) 
200g peanut oil
1 egg yolk (for glazing)

1) 免油以中火炒熟花生。
Stir fry peanut without oil.
Stir fry over medium heat.

2) 去皮捣幼。
Remove peanut skin, then pound it.

3) 把花生,糖,面粉和油拌均。
Mix will peanut, sugar, flour and oil.

4) 揉成小团,再搽上蛋液,以170度C烘20分钟。
Roll the dough into ball.
Brush with egg glaze.
 Bake at 170 degree C for 20 minutes.
