材料:
1 个 火龙果皮 + 水 = 200 毫升
1 包干燕菜条 ( 20 克 )
750 毫升 水
200 毫升 椰浆
适量 糖
Ingredients:
1 dragon fruit peel + water = 200 ml
1 pack of dry jelly ( 20 g )
750 ml water
200 ml coconut milk
Sugar
1) 把火龙果皮 与100 毫升水打成泥, 然后加水至200毫升。
Blend dragon fruit well with 100 ml water. Then, top up water to 200 ml.
2) 燕菜条用 750毫升水煮溶,加入椰浆。
Boil jelly and sugar with 750 ml water, then add in coconut milk.
3) 加入火龙果汁,加糖调至喜爱的甜度,过滤至模里。
Add in dragon fruit mixture to boiled jelly.
Add sugar to your preferred sweetness.
Filter into mould.
4) 待凉才放冰箱冷藏至凝固。
Let it cool, then, keep in the refrigerator until harden.
