Steamed Malay Cake 椰糖马来糕
椰糖马来糕。

材料:
160 克 椰糖
180 克 牛奶
3 颗 蛋
180 克 面粉
1 茶匙 发粉
1 茶匙 酵母
1/4 茶匙 盐
25 克 玉米油

Ingredients:
160 g coconut palm sugar
180 g milk
3 eggs
180 g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon yeast
1/4 g teaspoon salt
25 g corn oil


1) 椰糖捣碎,加入牛奶煮至糖溶,待凉。
Mash the coconut palm sugar.
Add milk 
and cook with low heat until the sugar dissolve.
Let it cool.

2) 把步骤 1) 的椰糖和蛋拌均。
加入面粉,发粉,酵母和盐拌均,过滤。
Mix well step 1) coconut palm sugar with egg.
Add in flour, baking powder, yeast and salt.
Filter it.

3) 让它发酵 2 个小时。
Let it rise for 2 hours.


4) 2 小时后,加入油拌均,倒入铺上烘培纸的模,待发30分钟。
放入水滚的蒸锅以大火蒸30分钟,闷5分钟才开盖。
After 2 hours, add in oil and mix well.
pour into mould 
(lined with baking paper) and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Steam for 30 minutes with high heat.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before opening the cover.
