steam lemon cake



在蒸着蛋糕时,就嗅到好香的柠檬味,蒸好待稍微凉就迫不急待的把蛋糕切了尝
,香甜松软,带有清香柠檬味,是一道美味可口的下午茶点心。

材料: 2 粒鸡蛋,45克糖
             60克面粉,1 茶匙泡打粉(发粉),1/4 茶匙苏打粉(全部筛过)
             2 大匙柠檬汁,少许柠檬皮碎,1 茶匙橄榄油

做法:














1.) 蛋 + 糖打至奶白色,面糊从打蛋器掉下不会立刻消失为止。















2.) 分次 加入筛过的粉轻轻拌均, 再加入柠檬汁,柠檬皮碎和橄榄油拌均。















3.) 随喜倒入抹上一层油的模具。















4.) 水开后(水滚后)放入蒸锅,盖上锡纸以中火蒸20分钟。















5.) 这是刚蒸好的蛋糕,取出待凉切块。














































~ Steam Lemon Cake ~


Ingredients: 
2 Eggs, 45g Sugar
60g Flour, 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Bicarbonate 
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Some Grated Lemon Skin , 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Step: 
1.) Eggs and sugar beat until creamy.


2.) Gradually add all flour and mix well. Then, add lemon juice, some grated lemon skin  
      and 1 teaspoon olive oil.


3.) Pour into the greased mould of your choice.


4.) put into the steamer with medium heat, steam for 20 minutes.


5.) Remove and let it cool.
