会做这款蛋糕,是因为一位朋友说喜欢这种蛋糕,
而自己也想试试,就把它做了出来。。
在蛋糕烘好待凉时,通常在表面搽上朗母酒或白兰地,
这两种酒我都没有,用了“威士忌 Whisky"
很贪心的搽了好多,还把搽剩的酒直接倒进蛋糕里,
浓浓的酒味,不吃已醉。。。。
材料:
500克干杂果,1粒鲜橙汁,30克普通面粉,
250克奶油,220红糖,4粒蛋,
220普通面粉,1/2 茶匙泡打粉,
适量白兰地或威士忌搽蛋糕用。

500g mix fruits, 1 orange juice, 30g plain flour,
250g butter, 220g brown sugar, 4 eggs,
220g plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
some brandy or whisky.
英式水果蛋糕的做法。。。。。。
Step for making english fruit cake.........
1.) 干杂果和鲜橙汁拌均搁置2小时。
Mix well the fruits and orange juice,
set aside for 2 hours.
2.) 奶油和红糖打至奶油状。
Whisk butter and brown sugar until creamy.
3.) 逐一加入蛋打均。
Mix well eggs one at a time.
4.) 筛入面粉和泡打粉。
Sift in flour and baking powder.
5.) 干杂果加30克面粉拌均。
Mix well fruits with 30g flour.
6.) 倒入面糊拌均。
Pour into batter and mix well.
7.) 倒入搽油铺上烘培纸的模里,
以170度C烘1个小时,
1个小时后在蛋糕表面盖上锡纸,
再以150度C烘1个小时。
Pour into a greased and lined mould,
bake at 170 degree C for 1 hour,
after 1 hour cover with foil on top of the cake,
bake at 150 degree C for 1 more hour.
8.) 烘好取出待凉。
Remove from oven and let it cool.
9.) 搽上一层白兰地或威士忌,用锡纸包好搁置2天后再食。
Brush a layer of brandy or whisky,
wrap with aluminium foil and keep it for 2 days.
