这芒果冰块就像冰棍一样,
不过这里面加入了汤熟的糯米糊来制做,
让口感有粉粉的感觉,
不会像吃冰块一样硬蹦蹦的。
1 1/2汤匙糯米粉,30毫升水,
200克芒果,50毫升鲜奶油,100毫升鲜奶,柠檬汁1茶匙,
50克糖粉。
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoon glutinous rice flour, 30ml water,
200g mango, 50ml wipping cream, 100ml fresh milk, 1 teaspon lemon juice,
50g icing sugar.
芒果冰块的做法。。。。
Step for making mango ice cube........
1.) 糯米粉加水用小火搅拌至浓稠。
Cook glutinous rice flour with water until thick over low heat.
2.) 把糯米糊,芒果泥,鲜奶油和鲜奶放入食物搅拌器里拌均。
Mix well glutinous rice flour paste, mango,
wipping cream and fresh milk with a food mixer.
3.) 拌好的芒果糊。
Done.................
4.) 加入糖粉调至喜爱的甜度。
Add in icing sugar to your prefered sweetness.
5.) 倒入模放冰箱冷冻室至凝固。
Pour into mould and keep in the freezer until harden.
