Steam snowman bun 蒸雪人包子

趁圣诞节的来临,做了雪人包子来预祝大家

。。。。圣诞节快乐。。。。

可爱的雪人包子,不要说小朋友,连我这个“老”朋友都爱不释手。

包子的食谱来自 Fee Sy

我在这里改了少许糖粉的量,加多10克的糖粉,

第一次做包子,酵母的份量可根据食谱的份量,

下回再做的话可以自己调整减少酵母的份量。


材料:
2 茶匙酵母,125毫升水,
225克包粉 / 普通面粉,50克糖粉,
20克白油,
1/2 茶匙绿茶粉,1/2 茶匙红曲粉,1/2 可可粉,
适量喜爱的馅料。


Ingredients:
2 teaspoon yeast, 125ml water,
225g pao flour or plain flour, 50g icing sugar,
20g shortening,
1/2 teaspoon green tea powder, 
1/2 teaspoon red yeast powder,
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder,
your favorite filling (optional).


雪人包子的做法。。。。。
Step for making snowman bun....
1.)  酵母+ 水 混合搅溶,
包粉 + 糖粉 混匀。
Mix well yeast and water.
Combine pao flour and icing sugar.

2.) 把酵母水加入粉里拌成粗团。
Pour water into the mixture and mix well.  

3.) 加入白油搓揉至光滑软团,发酵30分钟。
Add in shortening, knead into a soft dough.
 Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

4.)分割成5个50克和5个20克的面团,
Divide into 50g and 20g dough (5 each),

5.) 另外分割3份40克面团,加入绿茶,红曲和可可粉揉均。
Make another  3 doughs of 40g.
Knead each dough with green tea, red yeast and cocoa powder until they look as below.
6.) 好了。。Done......

7.)把50克的面团包入喜爱的馅料。
Stuff filling for the 50g dough.

8.) 做好造型待发30分钟。
Shape the dough as shown above. 
 Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

9.) 以中火蒸10-15分钟或熟,
闷5分钟才取出。
Steam for 15 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing from steamer.
