做了两盒小面包,本来留了一盒明天早上拍照,
没想到过了一个晚上和早上,只剩下4个,
它受欢迎的程度可是有目共睹的。。。

由于光线的问题,把面包拿到孩子房间靠窗而拍,
正好窗口挂满圣诞装饰品,很有圣诞的气氛,
在此祝大家圣诞节快乐。。。。
材料A:
85克沸水,120克高筋面粉。
材料B:
380克高筋面粉,75克糖,5克盐,8克酵母,120克鲜奶,100克鲜奶油,1粒蛋,
材料C:
40克奶油。
Ingredients A:
85ml boiling water,120g bread flour.
Ingredients B:
380g bread flour, 75g sugar, 5g salt, 8g yeast, 120g fresh milk, 100g wipping cream, 1 egg.
Ingredients C:
40g butter.
小面包的做法。。。。。
Step for making small bread..........
材料A:
Ingredients A:
1.) 把滚水加入粉拌成团,冷却后放冰箱冷藏最少12小时。
Mix well ingredients A to form a dough,
let cool and keep in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
材料 B:
Ingredients B:
2.) 把B的材料混和,加入冷藏好的A拌均揉5分钟。
Mix well ingredients B,
then add in A and knead for 5 minutes.
3.) 加入材料C继续揉至有薄膜的面团。
Add in ingredients C,
and knead the dough until can pull into thin film.
4.) 揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时,然后分成80克小团松弛10分钟。
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise. ( for about 1 hour )
After an hour, divide into 80g dough.
Cover and let it stand for 10 minutes.
5.) 做造型。。。
Shape the dough......
6.) 把面团放入搽油的烘盘,待发至8-9分满,
放入预热烤箱以180度C烘25分钟。
Put it into a greased tray.
Leave to rise until 80 - 90% full.
Put into preheat oven bake at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
7.) 烘好的小面包。
