每次烘杯子蛋糕都用高温烘,
这次试用低温来烘。。。出来的效果非常好,
蛋糕颜色也不会太深。。。
材料:
110克奶油,90克糖,2颗蛋
一粒柠檬皮屑,3汤匙柠檬汁
130克普通面粉,半茶匙泡打粉
适量蓝莓。
Ingredients:
110g butter, 90g sugar, 2 eggs
1 lemon zest, 3 tablespoon lemon juice
130g plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
蓝莓柠檬杯子蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making lemon blueberry cupcake.....
1.) 把奶油和糖打至松发。
Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.) 逐一加入蛋拌均。
Add in egg one at a time and mix well.
3.) 加入柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁。
Add in lemon zest and lemon juice.
4.) 筛入面粉和泡打粉拌均。
Sift in flour and baking powder, then mix well.
5.) 拌好的面糊。
Done...........
6.) 倒面糊到纸杯里,放上蓝莓,
以155度C烘50 分钟。
Spoon batter into paper baking cup,
Place some blueberry on top the batter,
put in pre-heated oven, bake at 155 degree for 50 minutes.
7.) 烘好的蛋糕。
Done...........
