pizza 披萨

面团材料:
250g    面包粉 
140ml  水
1          茶匙盐
1          汤匙糖
1/2       汤匙酵母
2          汤匙橄榄油

建议馅料 :
番茄酱
橄榄油
罐金枪鱼
洋葱 
波罗密(黄梨)  
甜椒
马苏里拉芝士

做法:
  1. 把面团材料(除了橄榄油)全部混合揉一会
  2. 加入橄榄油揉至面团光滑
  3. 覆盖面团待发至2倍大
  4. 把面团擀平放入烤盘待发20分钟
  5. 抹一层橄榄油再抹上一层蕃茄酱在面团上
  6. 撒上一层马苏里拉芝士然后加上所有(你喜爱)的馅料在面团上
  7. 以200 度烤 20 分钟
  8. 取出撒上马苏里拉芝士再烤5分钟






Pizza Dough :

250g      bread flour
140ml    water
1            teaspoon salt
1            tablespoon sugar
1/2         taplespoon yeast
2            tablespoons olive oil

Suggested Pizza Topping :
Olive oilTomato sauce
Can tuna  
Onion 
Pineapple
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese
(Amount to personal preference)

Step :
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients (except olive oil) in the mixing bowl and knead it for a while.
  2. Mix in olive oil, then knead dough until smooth. 
  3. Cover dough and leave it to rise until double size.
  4. Flatten the dough into the baking pans and leave it to rise further for 20 minutes.
  5. Brush the top of dough with olive oil and tomato sauce. 
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on dough, then add your favourite topping (ingredients) on top.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  8. Add some mozzarella cheese on top, then bake another 5 minutes.
