加上小番茄和芝士,
顿时变成外表华丽又美味的面包。。。
表面材料:
适量番茄酱,小番茄,车打芝士片,西洋香菜
Topping ingredients:
some tomato sauce, cherry tomato, cheddar cheese, parsley.
5C 液种面团一份,做法请按:

番茄芝士面包的做法。。。。。
Step for making tomato cheese bread................
1.) 分成50克小团,把面团放入搽油的烘盘待发1个小时。
Divide into 50g dough and put it into a greased tray, let it rise for 1 hour.
4.) 搽上番茄酱,放入预热烤箱以160度 C 烘12 - 15分钟,
取出趁热放上车打芝士,番茄和西洋香菜。
Brush with tomato sauce,
then put into preheat oven, bake at 160 degree C for 12 - 15 minutes,
remove from oven, place cheddar cheese, tomato and parsley on top.
