small pizza 小批萨

Small Pizza


材料          免揉面团一份,青椒,红椒,菠萝,培根,芝打芝士。(全部适量)
Ingredients: no-knead dough
Filling ingredients: some green pepper, red pepper, pineapple, bacon and cheddar cheese.

no-knead dough recipe:

1.) 免揉面团一份。
      no-knead dough.

2.) 分成每份50克小面团,待发一个小时。
     Shape into small round dough of about 50g, and leave to raise for 1 hour.

3.) 待发后把面团放入搽了一层奶油的烘盘里,压成形再用叉插些小洞,以免烘烤时饼底膨胀。
  •       Brush some melted butter on the tray.
  •       Put the dough into the tray and shape them.
  •       Prick all over the dough with a fork.

4.) 搽一层奶油在面皮上,先放入芝打芝士,培根和菠萝以200度C烘8分钟。
  •      Brush some melted butter on dough.
  •      Sprinkle some cheddar cheese, bacon and pineapple on top.
  •      Bake at 200 degree C for 8 minutes. 

5.) 10分钟后从烘炉拿出批萨加入青椒,红椒,再加少许培根和芝打芝士烘5分钟即可。
  •      Then take out from the oven, 
  •      Add in more green pepper, red pepper, bacon and cheddar cheese,
  •      Continue baking at 200 degree C for another 5 minutes. 

6.) 烘好的小批萨。
