在周末的来临,做了香肠火腿批萨让家人享用,
肚子有点饿又不想吃太多的话,
那就来片批萨吧。。。
用了免揉面团来做批萨,对做免揉面包的制做过程愈来愈得心应手,
起初对着柔软黏黏的面团费了老半天才分成小团,
现在不一会功夫就分好了小团,也很快做好造形。。。
做免揉面包的过程中,
只要觉得黏手就拍些面粉在面团上就容易操作,
基本上每个步骤都需要用到面粉。
现在只要想做面包,
晚上调好面团放入冰箱,
隔天就可以做成喜爱的面包。。。
大人小孩都喜欢的批萨
材料:5克酵母,150毫升水,3 汤匙糖,3 汤匙普通面粉,1 汤匙奶粉。
一汤匙油,一粒蛋,半茶匙盐,250克高筋面粉 (筛过)。
适量香肠,火腿,西洋香菜和芝打芝士。

5g yeast, 150ml water, 3 tablespoon sugar, 3 tablespoon plain flour,1 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt,
250g high protein flour (sift).

1.) 免揉面团一份。

2.) 分成每份60克小面团。
Shape into small round dough of about 60g.
Brush some melted butter on the tray.
Put the dough into the tray and shape them.
Put sausage on top and leave to raise for 1 hour.
4.) 在发好的面团搽一层奶油,再用叉插些小洞。
Brush some melted butter on dough.
Prick all over the dough with a fork.
5.) 放上火腿,芝打芝士和西洋香菜。
Sprinkle some ham, cheddar cheese and parsley on top.
Bake at 200 degree C for 12 - 15 minutes.
