年糕是农历新年的传统食品之一,
每一年我们家都得买20个来拜拜,
今年就想自己做做看,
就试做了一个椰糖年糕,
因为火候太大,蒸出来的年糕外表不好看,
但味道是超赞的,
带有香浓的椰香味。。。看来今年可以自己做年糕咯。。。

材料:
100克 糯米粉 100g glutinous rice flour
100克 椰糖 100g coconut sugar
120毫升水 120ml water
1汤匙橄榄油 1 table spoon olive oil
做法:Step:
1.) 椰糖和水煮溶。

2.) 煮溶的椰糖。

3.) 加入糯米粉拌均。

4.) 再加入橄榄油搅拌均。

5.) 倒入模型放入蒸笼以中火蒸2个小时,
蒸好的年糕待冷放入冰箱隔天才取出切块。

Let cool and keep it in the fridge overnight, then only cut into small pies.
