Rice cake 红糖糕

Rice Cake


突然想吃米糕。。。

即刻就动手做了几个。。。

自己会做真好。。

想吃时随时就可制做了。。。




材料:150克粘米粉 (筛过),3克酵母, 80克红糖,165毫升水

Ingredients: 150g rice flour (sift), 3g yeast, 80g brown sugar, 165ml water.


做法:

How to make rice cake....

1.) 粘米粉,酵母,糖和水。
Rice flour, yeast, sugar and water.

2.) 把全部材料拌均,盖上湿布待发2个小时。
Mix well all ingredients, 
cover with a damp cloth set aside for 2 hours,
 and let it slowly rises to double size..

3.) 2个小时后,发好的面糊。
After 2 hours.

4.) 倒入90%满的面糊于搽了油的小杯里。
Brush some oil on the cup,
then pour mixture into the cup until 90% full.

5.) 待蒸锅的水煮沸,放入蒸锅以大火蒸15分钟。
Steam with boiling water for 15 minutes.

6.) 蒸好的红糖糕。
