加上椰奶的香味。。
满足了视觉,也过足了口瘾。。
材料:
130 克 橙薯,130 克 紫薯, 130 芋头
1 杯 粘米粉,2 汤匙 木薯粉,80 克 糖
1 杯水,180 毫升 椰奶,1 汤匙 香兰汁。
Ingredient :
130 g orange colored sweet potato
130 g purple colored sweet potato
130 g yam
1 cup rice flour
2 tablespoon tapioca flour
80 g sugar
1 cup water
180 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon "pandan" juice.
番薯芋头糕的做法。。。
1) 将番薯和芋头蒸熟. 2) 粉,糖,水和椰奶拌均。
Steam sweet potato and yam. Mix well flour, sugar, water and coconut milk.
3) 把1 和 2 倒入锅里,加入香兰汁以小火搅拌至浓稠。
Add ingredient 1 into 2.
Add in "pandan" juice.
Add in "pandan" juice.
Then, cook with low heat until thick.
4) 倒入搽油的模,撒入番薯和芋头粒,盖上保鲜膜以大火蒸45分钟。
Pour mixture into greased mould, and sprinkle some sweet potato and yam on top.
Cover with plastic wrap and steam with high heat for 45 minutes.
取出待完全冷却才享用。
Let it cool completely before serving.
