Bacon & egg bread 培根鸡蛋面包

Bacon & egg bread
加入培根和鸡蛋的面包,

可作为早餐和午茶的点心,

配上一杯喜爱的饮料,

感受这一片刻的优闲时光。。。


材料:
150克高筋面粉,50克低筋面粉,10克奶粉
30克糖,3克 酵母, 1粒蛋,80毫升水,2克盐,
30克奶油。

馅料:
适量培根,2个熟蛋,少许西洋香菜和橄榄油。
Ingredients: 
150g bread flour, 50g superfine flour, 10g milk powder,
30g sugar, 3g yeast, 1 egg, 80ml water, 2g salt,
30g softened butter.

Filling:
Some bacon, 2 hard boiled eggs, some parsley and olive oil.


培根鸡蛋面包的做法。。。。。
Step for making bacon & egg bread ...........

1.) 把所有面包材料混合,拌成粗团
 Mix well all bread ingredients.

2.) 揉至光滑有弹性的面团,盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时。
  Knead mixture until smooth and elastic.
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour. 

5.) 分成50克小团,做好造形,放入搽油的烘盘,
Divide into 50g dough and shape it.
Put it into the greased tray 

6.) 把面团压平,在面团表面搽一层橄榄油,放上馅料待发50分钟,
Flatten the dough.
Brush some olive oil on dough and place fillings on top.

7.) 放入预热烤箱以180度C烤13分钟至金黄色。
Put into preheat oven bake at 180 degree C for 13 minutes, until golden brown.
