Coconut milk dessert 椰奶甜品

椰奶甜品
这道椰奶甜品是小时候最喜爱的甜品之一,
从来没想到自己做,也不知道椰奶要怎么料理,
这回在masam manis的博客看到了食谱和做法,
马上准备材料,大显身手把它做了出来。。。
真是太美味了。。。。大家也来试试吧。


椰奶材料:
1 粒新鲜椰丝,1000 毫升水,
2 片香兰叶,少许盐,。

椰糖浆材料:
1 粒椰糖,200克 白糖,2 片香兰叶,200 毫升水。

馅料:
罐头甜红豆,凉粉,“珍多”,蒸熟玉米粒或罐头甜玉米。



Coconut milk ingredients:
1 fresh shredded coconut, 1000 ml water
 2 "pandan" leaves, some salt.

Coconut syrup ingredients:
1 coconut sugar, 200 g white sugar, 200 ml water.

Filling:
1 can sweet red bean, 
"ching chao" jelly, 
" cendol" jelly, 
steamed corn or caned sweet corn.

Step for making coconut milk dessert........
椰奶 Coconut milk
1.) 椰丝加1000 毫升水拌均,挤出椰奶后过滤,
加入香兰叶和盐煮沸待凉,放冰箱冷藏。
Mix well shredded coconut with water, 
squeeze out the coconut milk and filter it,
add in "pandan" leaves and salt boil it with low heat.
 Then let it cool before keeping in the fridge.

椰糖浆 Coconut syrup
2.) 椰糖捣碎,然后加入其余材料煮至糖溶即可。
Mash the coconut sugar,
pour all ingredients into the pan and cook with low heat until the sugar dissolve.

倒1汤匙椰糖浆在杯底,加入馅料,再倒入适量椰奶拌均即可食用。
Pour a tablespoon of coconut syrup into the cup,
then add in filling and top up with coconut milk.
