外酥内软的司康,微甜而带一点咸
适合当早点或点心。。。
材料:
300 克 全脂牛奶
1 个 蛋
45 克 糖
1 茶匙 盐
110 克 无盐牛油
500 克 面粉
2 茶匙 发粉
1粒蛋, 2 汤匙牛奶(拌均搽饼表面用)
Ingredients:
300 g whole milk
1 egg
45 g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
110 g unsalted butter
500 g plain flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg and 2 tablespoon milk (for glazing)
司康的做法。
Step for making scones.
1) 拌均牛奶,蛋糖,盐和牛油,再筛入面粉和发粉
Mix well milk, egg, sugar, salt and butter.
Then sift in flour and baking powder.
2) 把所有材料拌成软团即可,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
洒些面粉在面团上,用圆形模压出小面团。
Mix well the mixture to form a soft dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour on the dough and sharp it.
3) 搽上蛋液后160度C 烘 25 - 30 分钟至金黄色即可。
Brush with egg glaze and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
做得不错哦!不过,如果再加入馅料更棒呢!
