新年期间一直在做饼干,重复又重复的在做着几样家人喜欢的年饼。
这款黄梨塔,是其中一款最受欢迎的年饼之一。

材料:
220克牛油,2克盐 ,2汤匙糖粉
2个蛋黄,1茶匙香草精
300克低筋面粉,4汤匙玉米粉,1汤匙奶粉。
馅料:
2粒黄梨,3朵丁香,140克糖,4/1 茶匙肉桂粉

Ingredients:
220g butter, 2g salt, 2 tablespoon icing sugar
2 egg yokes, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
300g superfine flour, 4 tablespoon corn flour, 1 tablespoon milk powder.
Filling:
2 pineapple, 3 cloves, 140g sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.

黄梨塔的做法。
Step for making pineapple tart.
1) 牛油,盐和糖粉打至松发。
Whisk butter, salt and icing sugar until fluffy.
2) 加入蛋黄拌均,再加入香草精。
Mix well with egg yolks, then add in vanilla.
3) 筛入低粉,玉米粉和奶粉拌成团。
Sift in flour, corn flour and milk powder to form a dough.
4) 把面团擀薄,模型沾少许面粉压出花形。
Roll dough into thin slices, stain a mould with some flour and shape out the pattern.
5) 排入烘盘,放上黄梨馅料。
放入预热烘炉以170度烘15 - 20分钟至金黄色即可。
Place on a tray, and put pineapple filling on top.
Put into preheated oven, bake at 170 degree C for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
