材料:
120g 淡奶油,20g 糖粉,香草精 1 小匙
250g 马斯卡彭芝士(mascarpone cheese),20g 糖粉
巧克力米少许
做法:
1.) 谈奶油 + 糖粉 + 香草精打至滑。
2.) 马斯卡彭奶酪 + 糖粉稍微打至幼滑,
加入谈奶油拌均装入裱花袋里。
3.) 挤少许芝士奶油进杯,放少许巧克力米。
4.) 重复步骤 3. 的做法再收入冰箱冷藏 4 个小时。
Chocolate Chips Tiramisu
Ingredients:
120g Fresh cream
20g Icing Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
250g Mascarpone Cheese
20g Icing Sugar
Some Chocolate Chips
Step :
1.) Whip fresh cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence until smooth.
2.) Lightly whip mascarpone cheese and icing sugar well,
then mix with fresh cream, and put into the decorating bags.
3.) Squeeze some cream into the cup,
put a litter chocolate chips in it.
4.) Repeat step 3. and keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours
Enjoy your Tiramisu.....
