做了几个大馒头,一个蒸的时候滴到水皱皮外,其他的都发得很好。
材料:
300 克 面粉
160 克 水
1/2 茶匙 酵母
1 汤匙 糖
Ingredients:
300 g plain flour
160 g water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
馒头的做法。
Step for making steam bun.
1) 混合所有的材料。
Mix well all ingredients.
2) 揉至光滑的面团,待发至双倍大。
Knead to form a smooth dough.
Let it rise to double size.
3) 把面团分成 5 份,
边揉边加入少许面粉,直到面团光滑有弹性为止,把面团放在纸上。
Divide into 5 parts.
While kneading the dough and adding the flour at the same time.
Knead until the dough become smooth and elastic.
Then put it on the paper.
4) 待发30分钟。
以中火蒸20分钟,闷 5 分钟才打开盖。
Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Steam with medium heat for 20 minutes, turn off fire.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before opening the cover.
