而又能尝到巧克力的美味曲奇。。
每咬一口都能享受到它的好味道。。
材料:
60克无盐奶油,50克黄糖,少许盐
1/2 茶匙香草精
75克普通面粉,1/4克泡打粉
60克巧克力豆
Ingredients:
60g unsalted butter, 50g brown sugar, a pinch of salt
1//2 teaspoon vanilla essence
75g plain flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
60g chocolate chip
巧克力曲奇的做法。。。
Step for making chocolate chip cookies....
1.) 把奶油,黄糖和盐混合用打蛋器打均。
Mix well butter, brown sugar and salt with hand mixer.
2.) 加入香草精拌均。
Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
3.) 筛入面粉和泡打粉拌均。
Mix well flour and baking powder.
4.) 再加入巧克力豆拌均。
Add in chocolate chip.
5.) 揉成每个15克小团,稍微压平放入烘盘以180C烘10-12分钟。
Roll the dough into 15g ball,
slightly press drown and put it into the baking tray,
bake at 180 degree C for 10-12 minutes.
