简单又好吃的葱油面。。。
连我这做菜很差的菜鸟都做得不错。。。
所以这道料理是多么简单容易喔。。。
喜欢食用青葱的朋友也来试一试吧。

常食用青葱对身体有益,可曾进食欲,
开胃健脾,利尿消肿,提高抵抗力,
降胆固醇和促进血液循环。
* 葱与蜜不可同食,易腹泻。
* 生葱与枣不可同食,易头胀不适。
质料来源: 欧阳英自然食疗
材料:
适量橄榄油,1粒蒜瓣(切碎)
1把青葱(切粒)
1500毫升水,1茶匙油,1茶匙盐,半包意大利面
适量鸡肉碎 (用少许盐,黑胡椒粉,麻油,料酒腌制)
酱汁:
1茶匙蚝油,2汤匙生抽,3汤匙老抽,1汤匙糖,3汤匙水。
Ingredients:
Some olive oil, 1 garlic bulb (chopped)
1 bundle of spring onions (diced)
1500ml water, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, half pack of pasta.
some chicken ( season with some salt, black peper, sesame oil and cooking wine)
Dressing
1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon light soya sauce,
3 tablespoon black soya sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 tablespoon water.
怎样料理葱油面呢。。。。
How to cook Scallion Mee.......
1.) 把所有酱汁材料拌均。
Mix well all dressing ingredients.
2.) 煮沸水,加入油和盐,把面放入盖上锅盖熄火,
5 分钟后捞起滤干水分。
Add oil and salt in boiling water,
put in pasta, cover and turn off fire,
drain pasta well after 5 minutes.
3.) 烧热油,加入鸡肉炒香。
Cook chicken and garlic with medium heat, then remove from pan.
Cook onion until golden brown, then remove from pan.
Pour in spring onions.
Cook until golden brown.
7.) 倒入酱汁煮至起泡即可熄火取出。
Pour in dressing, cook until the bubble is coming out,
then remove and turn off fire.
8.) 把煮好的酱汁倒入意面里拌均。
Pour dressing into pasta and mix well.
