Chocolate chip cupcake 巧克力豆杯子蛋糕

Chocolate chip cupcake

小叔一家来拜访,

一时不知要做什么点心给孩子们。。。

想了想,不如就做杯子蛋糕吧。

这款蛋糕简单容易,

而且很快就可以出炉。。

不会让孩子们等太久。



材料:
125克奶油,120糖,3粒蛋,

250克普通面粉,1汤匙泡打粉,

125毫升鲜奶,1茶匙香草精,

适量巧克力豆。

Ingredients:
125g butter, 120g sugar, 3 eggs,

250g plain flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder,

125ml fresh milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence,

 some chocolate chip.


巧克力杯子蛋糕的做法。。。
Step for making chocolate chip cupcake......

1.) 软化奶油和糖。
Soften butter and sugar.

2.) 把奶油和糖打至松发。
Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.

3.) 逐一加入蛋拌均。
Gradually add in eggs and mix well.

4.) 筛入所有粉拌均。
Sift in flour and mix well.

5.) 加入香草精和鲜奶拌均即可。
Add in vanilla essence and fresh milk, then mix well.

6.) 倒1小匙面糊到杯子里,放入巧克力豆,
再倒1汤匙面糊入杯子里,
以180度烘25 分钟。
Put a teaspoon batter into the paper cup.
Then put some chocolate chip in it.
Next, pour 1 tablespoon batter into the paper cup.
Bake at 180 degree C for about 25 minutes.

7.) 烘好的杯子蛋糕。。
