这是小时候常会吃到的腌制青瓜。。。
试做了好几次,才做到满意又好吃的效果。
做法非常简单。。。
材料:
2 条青瓜 ( 500g - 600g )
2条小辣椒
5汤匙糖
150 毫升白米醋
Ingredients:
2 whole cucumbers ( 500g - 600g )
2 small chillies
5 tablespoons sugar
150ml white vinegar
腌制青瓜的做法。。。
Step for making pickled cucumber.......
1.) 把青瓜和小辣椒浸水洗干净。
Soak and wash the cucumbers and chillies.
2.) 把青瓜切开分为二。
Cut cucumber into two.
3.) 切成薄片。
Then cut it into thin slices.
4.) 把小辣椒切小粒。
Cut chillies into small size.
5.) 将青瓜和辣椒放入大碗里。
Put cucumber and chilli into a big bowl.
6.) 加入白糖。
Add in sugar.
7.) 加入白米醋拌均。
Mix well with white venigar.
8.) 盖上碟放入冰箱至少6个小时以上即可食用。
Cover with plate and keep it in the refrigerator for at less 6 hours before serving.
