250g bread flour, 150g purple mashed potato,
4g yeast, 50g egg, 1g salt, 20g sugar, 80ml fresh milk,15g butter,
some red bean filling.
Step for making purple sweet potato bread........
1.) 除了牛油把所有面包材料混合 1,) Mix well all bread ingredients (except butter).
2.) 拌成粗团, 揉5分钟 2.) Mix well and Knead for 5 minutes.
3.) 加入牛油 3.) Add in butter.
4.) 揉至光滑有弹性的面团 4.) Knead until smooth and elastic.
5.) 盖上保鲜膜待发1个小时至双倍大 5.) Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
6.) 分成50克的小团,松弛10分钟。 6.) Divide into 50g dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
7.) 包入馅料做成圆形。
Wrap in filling and shape it into round.
8.) 玫瑰形状。

9.) 放入搽油的烘盘待发一个小时,以180度C烘15分钟,取出搽上一层奶油。
